Delivery, Returns and Exchanges Policy.
Standard delivery times are 5 to 20 working days, depending on your location. Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
We deliver to over 150 countries. Delivery charges vary depending on the destination and the weight of the parcel. For international orders, customs duties may apply depending on your country of residence.
Mainland France: €5 (free for orders over €100)
Europe: €12 (free for orders over €150)
Worldwide: €25 (free for orders over €250)
Express delivery (2–3 days): +€15
You can track your order in real time via the tracking link sent by email.
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return your items without giving a reason. This period complies with European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
Returned items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Be in their original packaging
- Have all tags attached
- Include all accessories supplied
Please contact us by email and we will explain the process for returning one of your products.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless the error lies with us (e.g. a faulty item, an item that does not match your order, etc.). In such cases, we will refund the cost of returning the item.
If you would like to exchange an item (size, colour, style), please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are free of charge if made within 30 days of receipt.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately and send us some photos. We will send you a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. We will cover the cost of the return.
