Terms and conditions of sale for Veltrix products.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the commercial relationship between THÉO LALANNE and its customers. They apply to all orders placed on the veltrixofficiel.com website.
The products offered on the website are available in limited quantities. The prices shown are in euros, inclusive of VAT, and include the applicable VAT. VELTRIX reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices are valid until the order is confirmed. Should there be a change in price between the time you view the product and the time your order is confirmed, you will be notified.
Orders are placed online via the website. You will receive an order confirmation by email once payment has been processed. This confirmation constitutes VELTRIX’s acceptance of your order. VELTRIX reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:
- Suspected fraud
- Product unavailability
- Incomplete or incorrect order details
Payment must be made at the time of ordering. The following payment methods are accepted:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
All payments are secured via Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment. Delivery times begin from the date of payment confirmation.
Standard delivery times: 5 to 20 working days depending on location
The risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon handover of the parcel to the carrier.
VELTRIX is not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.
Delivery charges are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the parcel. They are displayed before the order is confirmed.
Mainland France: €5 (free for orders over €150)
Europe: €12 (free for orders over €150)
Rest of the world: €25 (free for orders over €150)
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason.
Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items, unless the error was on our part.

Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days of receiving your return. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the order.If you are returning an item due to an error on our part, we will reimburse you for the return postage costs.
All products are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity and the statutory guarantee against hidden defects as provided for in the Consumer Code.Guarantee of conformity: 2 years from the date of deliveryHidden defects: 2 years from the date the defect is discovered
VELTRIX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of the products. Our liability is limited to the amount of your order.
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our privacy policy. It will never be sold to third parties.
VELTRIX reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will apply to orders placed after the date of the amendment. The Terms and Conditions in force at the time of your order will apply to your purchase.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
